Later is now.

You know exactly how it goes. Day after day, month after month, year after year, the same old refrain: I’ll deal with that later. I’ll worry about that once I have the time, or the money, or the space. Once I win the lottery. Once I have my glow up. Once I’m famous, then I’ll really live the life I imagine.

You know that you’re pushing snooze on problems when you put them off for tomorrow, and that’s frustrating enough, but this is a deeper form of procrastination… an existential one. It’s the persistent belief that “my real life will begin” on the other side of some obstacle. Like Rapunzel in her tower, you fritter away the hours, waiting for an outside force to come pull you out into the world.

Entering 2026 my chosen mantra is Later is Now.

The philosophy of this course is the following:

There is no such thing as later. There is only now. The decisions that we make in this moment, inform and generate the following moment. When we outsource our effort, or care, or attention to our perceived future self, especially if we do so with no structural planning, the message we truly send is “this is not of priority for me.” And life takes you at your word! The things you save for later are pushed to the margins of your reality in favor of whatever you are choosing to expand today.

This is no problem if you like the choices you are making. This can be devastating when those choices are unintentional. That is when you wake up one day and realize that 7 or 17 years have passed and the current of your day-to-day has carried you dreadfully far from shore.

This course is designed to be a gentle anti-procrastination container, a new year intention ritual, and most importantly, a structured and sustainable embodiment practice for the things you’ve glued to your vision board year after year.

We will forgive and remove the obligations that no longer belong on our conscience, we will structure new promises and plans for the things that truly must wait, and we will learn how to center our visions for the future in daily devotional practice.

What you’ll recieve

  • Live Weekly Calls with supportive and inspiring community.

  • Rituals that take yearly resolutions from obligatory promises to devotional practices.

  • Forgiveness and repair processes that clear unresolved guilt for promises made and broken or debts long overdue.

  • Structured support that takes dreams from a vague sense of “someday” to a weekly commitment of NOW.

  • 1:1 coaching support as you navigate structure, focus, and commitment and any feelings they stir up.

  • Loving accountability for the promises you make to yourself and endless grace to heal from shame.

is IT for me?

LATER IS NOW is for you if you:

  • Are tired of waiting for real life to start.

  • Regularly set goals that are too lofty to meet.

  • Struggle to stay accountable to yourself.

  • Experience shame/guilt for procrastinating.

  • Are ready to take ACTION and radical responsibility for your time.

  • Want to make weekly sustainable progress toward your goals.

  • Want to motivate yourself with loving kindness, not shame.

  • Are ready to deconstruct the idea of magical quick fixes and instead get down and dirty in the micro choices that accumulate into massive change.

A weekLY overview

  1. A Clean Slate: An honest inventory of goals and obligations. What do you want to center this year, what needs to go up on a shelf to be considered later, and what needs to be forgiven and laid to rest. Unfulfilled promises weigh us DOWN. They must be formally severed, or sincerely remade.

  2. Realistic Structure: With your fresh list of priorities, what does it look like to break these intentions down into their micro forms? What does it look like to commit on a daily or weekly basis? What material or time-based structures need to be adjusted?

  3. Embracing the Mundane: Deconstruct the shiny ideal of overnight success. Learn to love the ritual of routine and the safety of steady progress. Strengthen and train the mind inside of new structure.

  4. Make it Sexy: The wild and creative self hates mundane routine because it hates boredom and predictability. How can you infuse the predictable structure with novelty, whimsy, mysticism, and delight?

  5. Drawing the Future Vision Closer: When you imagine the idealized version of self living your perceived dream life, no longer striving or efforting inside it but a total natural, what is different about them? How do they dress? Walk? Talk? What do they read or listen to? How might life change if you emulated those things now?

  6. Scary F*cking Hour: Tackle the anxiety-inducing, shame producing mega-monsters that stand in the way of you feeling really truly proud of where you are.

  7. Support Structures: How will you maintain the progress you have made and where will you find accountability going forward? What do you do when life throws you a curveball?

  8. Victory Lap: Build healthy pride and celebration rituals that honor progress every step of the way.

Class will be held live via Zoom on Saturdays at 11am PST, 2pm EST from January 3rd-February 21st, 2026. Replays available.
